Survey : Educating with Nature and Tech

This questionnaire aims to explore how nature mobile applications such as iNaturalist, PlantNet, Aquality, or Merlin ID are used in educational contexts, and how they may foster young people's connection to nature, ecological awareness, and sense of place.

This survey is part of a doctoral research project in social and environmental sciences, focusing on young people’s relationship with nature. The research is conducted at the University of Rennes, in collaboration with the Department of Social Sciences (Espaces et Sociétés) and the Géosciences Rennes Laboratory (CNRS). Data will be analyzed and may be used in the context of a scientific publication as part of this research project

🧡 Your answers will help us gain a deeper understanding of the potential and limitations of these tools for students, and contribute to improving educational practices at the intersection of nature and technology.

This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.
